Booking several places in the same category keeps a group together where availability allows, and the full set is delivered to the one email address used at checkout. We source tickets through a global network of verified secondary-market partners, which is why prices are set by sellers and may differ from face value. All trademarks and names appear on this site for identification purposes only.

Lotus Arena is in Choeng Thale, in Phuket's Thalang district on the island's north-west coast, near the Laguna Phuket and Bang Tao Beach area. Phuket International Airport (HKT) is around 20–30 minutes north by road, and Phuket Town sits to the south-east. The island has no metro or train, so most visitors arrive by private car, taxi, or a ride-hailing app such as Grab; local songthaew vans also serve the main west-coast roads. Allow extra time on event evenings, as the Srisoonthorn Road approach can be busy.

We offer access to all officially released ticket categories for the event, subject to availability. The exact set of categories differs from event to event, even at the same venue, and is confirmed by the organiser — the listing on the site shows what is currently on sale.

The venue sits in the Choeng Thale area alongside Phuket's north-west beach resorts. Bang Tao Beach, Surin Beach, and the Laguna Phuket complex are all close by, and the Boat Avenue and Porto de Phuket lifestyle malls nearby have restaurants and cafés for a meal before or after a show. Many visitors combine an event at Lotus Arena with a stay in the Bang Tao or Laguna area, which keeps the trip to the venue short.

If the event is cancelled by the organiser and not rescheduled, a refund is issued on request; up to 10% of the service cost may be retained under our refund policy. If we are unable to secure the tickets you ordered, your order is cancelled and you receive a full refund of the amount paid. If the event is postponed to a new date, your tickets remain valid for the rescheduled fixture. Doors usually open one to two hours before the advertised start time; the exact time is confirmed by the organiser and shown on your ticket. Present your mobile ticket at the gate directly from your phone with the screen brightness turned up. Arriving at least 60 minutes early leaves room to clear security and reach your place.

Expect heat and humidity at any time of year: Phuket's dry months run roughly from November to April, while the south-west monsoon brings short, heavy downpours between May and October. For an evening show at Lotus Arena, light breathable clothes and comfortable shoes are the sensible choice, and in the rainy months a compact umbrella or poncho helps on the way between your ride and the entrance in Choeng Thale. General tickets come with no formal dress code.

In most cases tickets can be transferred to another person. All sales are final, so orders cannot generally be cancelled once payment is complete, because tickets are reserved or purchased for your specific order as soon as you pay. Venues generally prohibit weapons, alcohol and food brought from outside, oversized bags, professional cameras with detachable lenses, recording equipment, laser pointers and any pyrotechnics. Security screening is carried out at every entrance, so travelling light speeds up entry. The definitive list is published by the venue for each event and takes precedence over any general guidance — check the venue's own rules for your date before you set out.
